When can I drop off my items for consignment? 

Consignments are accepted between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily. If you need for us to make other arrangements, please call to sey up an appointment.

What kinds of items do you accept?

The Fashion Exchange accepts ladies’ clothing and accessories in top condition, dry cleaned or freshly laundered, in style, in season, and on hangers. We take designer and name brands.

How much money can I make when I consign?

The Fashion Exchange consignment shop establishes the selling prices, which will be of maximum benefit to the consigner and the buyer.  We want to make money for you and we want our shoppers to enjoy beautiful clothing at reasonable prices. The sale price is divided 50 % to consignor and 50 % to The Fashion Exchange.

How long will my consignments be available for sale?

Articles must be left in the store for sale for a period of 60 days.  If an item is not sold the first month in the shop, the item gets reduced 50% to facilitate a timely seasonal sale.

If they don't sell, what happens?  

You are welcome to pick up your clothing after 60 days.  You have seven days to do so, otherwise unsold items become the property of The Fashion Exchange.  Items left for an extended period of time that do not sell, are donated by The Fashion Exchange to a local women’s shelter or other related charity to help women in need. If you wish to have your unsold items donated to charity, you may let us know when you bring your articles into the shop.

How do I get paid?

Consignors are encouraged to check in on their account (by phone or in person) anytime.  Money due may be collected at any time during regular business hours. Because our number of consignors is so large, we are unable to mail payments to individual clients.
